This is happened in the presence of prof.Dr. Ehab Farid, the vice dean of community service and environment development and Ms. Rania Motaaz, the assistant secretary-general of community service and environment development. The vice president stresses that the faculty uses the most advanced ways to bridge the nutrition gap and achieve the nutrition security as per Egypt vision of sustainable development 2030. He also says: “the University is keen to support the agricultural Units and the productive farms to meet the demands of the community at lower costs for the citizens”.

Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of educational and students affairs goes on a sudden tour to inspect several centers and educational units. He starts his tour by visiting “Creativa” center so as to discuss the ways of cooperation with the talented center in the University. It’s noteworthy that this center aims at developing the students’ skills and gets them properly qualified to meet the demands of the marketplace in the fields of IT and entrepreneurship. He also inspects the E-exams center where the mid-term exams of the faculty of physical therapy is conducted to make sure that everything is up and running. The vice president of educational and students affairs visits the University studio to attend the practical internship of the 2nd grade students of the education technology department in the faculty of specific education.

Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of educational and students affairs inspects the students’ aptitude tests in the faculties. It’s noteworthy that these tests will start on Saturday that corresponds to 15-7-2023 to Thursday that corresponds to 27th of July. This is done in the presence of Prof.Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim, the dean of the faculty of specific education and Mr. Rafaat Nan, the assistant secretary-general of the administrative affairs in the University. The vice president stresses that the University is keen on providing the students with the best facilities to conduct their aptitude tests properly.

Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of the educational and students’ affairs, on Thursday, pays a visit to inspects the exams in the faculty of veterinary medicine. He was accompanied by Prof.Dr. Amani Abbas, the faculty dean, Prof.Dr. Hossam Fouad, the faculty vice dean of the educational and students’ affairs. In accordance with the presidential efforts, Cop 24 climate change conference, the main efforts of achieving the sustainable development of Egypt 2030 vision and the national strategy of the climate change 2050, prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizawy, the vice president of the post-graduate studies and scientific research, under the auspices of colonel/ Abdel Hamid EL-Hagan and prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa holds a workshop to the participants in the national initiative of the smart green projects. This is conducted in the presence of prof.Dr. Mahmoud Eraqi, the supervisor of the community service and the environment development, Ms. Shereen Shawky, the secretary-general of Benha University and Ms. Rania Motaz, the assistant secretary general of the environment development and community service sector.
Benha University Vice President for Education and Students Affairs inspects Faculties of Agriculture and Specific Education
Prof.Dr.Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice President for Education and Students Affairs inspected faculties of Agriculture and Specific Education at the First day of the new academic year.
Prof.Dr.Tamer Samir was accompanied by Mr.Mohamed Ibrahim, the Faculty of Specific Education dean and Dr.Mahmoud Zabalwy, the acting dean of Agriculture Faculty. During his tour, Dr. Tamer Samir met students and congratulated them of the new academic year and encourages them to do their best at their study and participate at student activities and initiatives. He also said that Benha University has received 25.000 new students this year and thus students at Benha University this year have reached to 120.000 students. Dr. Tamer Samir confirmed on taking all precautionary measures and wearing masks, as well as following-up sterilization and disinfection work and observing social distancing measures among students.
Establishing a department of the handicapped at the central library in Benha University
Prof.Dr. Hesham Abu el-Enin, the vice president of post-graduate studies and research asserts that a feasibility study should be conduct to establish a department of the handicapped at the central library in Benha University. This statement concurs with the library committee meeting under his presidency and in the presence of Mr. Wahid Khalawy, the general secretary of the university, prof.Dr. Osama Hamid, the deputy of the faculty of arts, prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizawy, the deputy of the faculty of agriculture, prof.Dr. Osama Foaud, the deputy of the faculty of the faculty of physical education, prof.Dr. Khalid Eid, the deputy of the faculty of arts for the post-graduate studies and the rapporteurs of the libraries committees in the faculties of the university.
Benha University provides fund research projects by the amount of one million and half to serve the national projects
Prof.Dr. Hesham Abu EL-Enin, the vice president of post-graduate studies and research states that the university council, headed by Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president, approves to fund five research projects to serve then national projects. The fields are as follows:
1- The reclamation of new lands
2- Fish farming
3- Renewable new energy
4- New roads
5- Water resources
