Vision

To become a pioneering model in supporting and strengthening the relationship between the Faculty and its graduates, contributing effectively to improving graduates’ standards at both the professional and community levels.

Mission

The Unit seeks to build effective communication bridges between the Faculty and its graduates by collecting data, tracking career paths, and providing professional and training support, thereby enhancing graduates’ competencies and strengthening their role in serving society and the labor market.

Objectives

  • Monitoring labor market needs and guiding graduates toward the required skills.
  • Preparing a database of companies, institutions, and research centers where Faculty graduates can work according to their specialization, and producing a guide for graduates accordingly.
  • Organizing employment forums with relevant companies and factories to provide job opportunities for graduates and inviting them to participate.
  • Continuous follow-up of graduates at their workplaces through:
    1. Establishing a database of Faculty graduates.
    2. Linking graduates to the Faculty by regularly inviting them to participate in scientific and social events.
    3. Inviting distinguished graduates who hold prominent positions to support other graduates by:
      • Providing job opportunities
      • Training students and graduates
      • Supporting small projects for graduates
  • Enhancing continuous communication channels between the Faculty and its graduates.
  • Monitoring labor market needs and directing graduates toward the required skills.
  • Organizing workshops and training courses to qualify graduates for local and international labor markets.
  • Involving graduates in various Faculty activities and benefiting from their expertise.
  • Providing professional guidance and support to students and graduates at the beginning of their careers.
  • Cooperating with various entities to provide training and employment opportunities for graduates.
