Ensuring accurate monitoring of all activities and events within official councils (faculty council, committees, and meetings). Events are comprehensively documented, reviewed, and approved by the faculty administration before being published daily to maintain transparency and clarity.
2. Website Management and Development:
Continuously updating and enhancing the faculty’s website to align with the latest technologies and present a professional image of the institution. This includes managing online content to ensure accuracy and fast access to information.
3. Upgrading Technological Infrastructure:
Improving and upgrading the faculty's technological infrastructure to provide an outstanding educational and research environment. This includes updating computers, internal networks, and securing data and information.
4. Providing Technical and IT Support:
Offering technical and IT support to faculty members and students to ensure the efficient use of various systems and technological applications. This also involves training individuals to use modern software and technological tools effectively.
5. Activating E-Learning Systems:
Developing and implementing e-learning systems and providing the necessary support to ensure their efficient use. This includes managing remote learning platforms and offering innovative solutions to support the educational process.
6. Ensuring Quality and Continuous Improvement:
Applying global quality standards across all technological processes and working toward continuous improvement by regularly evaluating performance and adopting best practices and modern technologies.
