Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice dean of the educational and students affairs holds a meeting with the faculties’ and the university activities’ officials so as to keep an eye on the students registration of the activities. This is done in the presence of prof.Dr. Khalid Esawi, the general coordinator of the university’s students activities, prof.Dr. Shady EL-Mashad, the IT advisor of the University and Mr. Ibrahim Abdel Allah, the head of youth administration in Benha University.   

 Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed Fouda, the vice dean of the environment service and the community development inspects the exams in the faculty of physical education in the presence of prof.Dr. Osama Salah, the faculty's dean and the vice deans. He makes sure that everything is up and running in a way that benefits the educational process as a whole.
