Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din delivers the University Shield to the Minister of Higher Education

     Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University has delivered the University Shield to Prof. Dr. Ashraf El Shihy, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research during the meeting of the Supreme Council of Postgraduate Studies and Researches' Affairs in Benha University. 
It is worth mentioning that the meeting has discussed the ways of supporting the scientific research and activating the scientific publishing in the Egyptian universities.
