Mission of the Animal Wealth Development Department

The Animal Wealth Development Department – Faculty of Veterinary Medicine – Benha University is committed to serving the community by graduating veterinarians capable of providing veterinary services in the field of animal wealth development. This is achieved through advanced veterinary education in the disciplines of animal and poultry production, genetics and genetic engineering, economics and veterinary project management, and biostatistics.

The department aims to prepare veterinarians who are well-equipped to meet labor market demands, capable of managing veterinary projects and farms, and marketing their products based on advanced scientific principles, while achieving both productive and economic efficiency.

Furthermore, the department strives to enhance the quality of scientific research through conducting high-level research that meets international standards.
