Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Benha University Signs a Cooperation Protocol with the Veterinary Directorate of Qalyubia Governorate ?

Prof. Dr. Amany Abdelrahman Abbass, Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Benha University, received this morning Dr. Hany Shams El-Din, Director of the Veterinary Directorate of Qalyubia Governorate, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Hossam Fouad , Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Dr. Abdelfattah  Selim, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research; and Prof. Dr. Ehab  El-Nahhas, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development.

During the meeting, a cooperation protocol was signed between the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Benha University and the Veterinary Directorate of Qalyubia Governorate, with the aim of strengthening educational and research programs, enhancing community service, and supporting environmental development. ???

The protocol includes organizing field visits, specialized workshops, and joint training and service activities for target groups, in addition to planning and implementing veterinary convoys within Qalyubia Governorate and beyond when required. ??

It also provides opportunities for practical training of veterinary students at various sites affiliated with the Veterinary Directorate, as well as collaboration in conducting scientific research and providing professional training programs for veterinary practitioners. ??

This cooperation reflects the Faculty’s commitment to strengthening partnerships with governmental institutions, supporting professional development in the veterinary sector, and enhancing the role of academic institutions in community service and sustainable development. ?
