The Academic Advising and Psychological/Social Support Unit was established at the Faculty by Faculty Council Resolution No. 486 on 27/10/2024, in accordance with University Council Resolution No. 238 dated 30/4/2024.

Vision

The Academic Advising Unit at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine aspires to achieve leadership and excellence in developing students’ personalities academically, socially, and psychologically, and in enhancing their skills in various fields in line with quality standards and the needs of the job market.

Mission

The Advising Unit is committed to providing academic advising, psychological counseling, career guidance, social support, and support for students with special needs to all faculty students. This is aimed at helping them understand the college’s systems and academic programs, promoting university values, and developing creative thinking skills to ensure the optimal investment of their abilities and the building of their future.
