Qalyoubia Governor discusses granting the Egyptian fellowship between Benha University and the Directorate of Health

Major General Abdel Hamid El Hagan, Qalyoubia Governor has held a meeting with Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University to discuss signing a cooperation protocol between Benha University and Directorate of Health to grant physicians the Egyptian Fellowship. The meeting has been held in presence of Dr.Hossam Hosny, the Secretary General of the Medical Fellowship Committee, Dr.Khalid Abdel Ghany, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in Qalyubia and the delegation of the Egyptian Fellowship.
El-Hagan said that the health sector in the governorate is currently witnessing a distinct shift in the submitted health service to citizens, pointing out that Qalyubia had a large share in the national project to develop 31 hospitals at the level of the Republic where five central hospitals at Qalyoubia governorate have been developed including the medical buildings and equipment to serve citizens.
For his part, Dr. Nasser El-Gizawy confirmed that Benha University possesses the financial and human capabilities in the medical sector and that allows Benha University to support the Egyptian fellowship project in all medical specialties with a high degree of efficiency and excellence. He also pointed out that the Faculty of Medicine includes more than 1,500 faculty members and assistants staff at various departments and he mentioned that Benha University Hospitals are now characterized by a very appropriate infrastructure that enjoys a high degree of satisfaction and acceptance of those hesitating to receive medical service.

Qalyoubia Governor and BU President open and lay the Foundation Stone of a New Projects

Major General Abdel Hamid El Hagan, Qalyoubia Governor and Prof. Dr. Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President has opened today a number of new projects and facilities. They also have inspected and laid the foundation stone of other projects, in addition to the construction of the new specialized hospital within BU participation in the Governorate's national day and its celebration for the 15th anniversary of its establishment.
In this regard, El Hagan said that the relationship between the Governorate and the University is close, and the University is its home of expertise, pointing out that the Governorate is ready to provide all support to BU in order to present its scientific and service message to the people of Qalyoubia Governorate.
He also praised the size of the projects that are being built on the BU's land to serve the people of the Governorate, confirming that the University has expertise and a strong infrastructure that would develop the educational, research and community service process.
In the same context, El Saeed expressed for his happiness and the family of BU in participating the people of Qalyoubia in their celebrations of the Governorate's national day.
He also congratulated Qalyoubia Governor, and the people of the Governorate on the occasion of celebrating the 152nd National Day, confirming that BU with all its capabilities, scholars, experts and researchers, is at the service of Qalyoubia Governorate.

Qalyoubia Governor and BU President receive the Minister of Youth and Sports

Major General Abdel Hamid El Hagan, Qalyoubia Governor and Prof. Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President received Prof. Ashraf Sobhy, the Minister of Youth and Sports in the presence of Prof. Osama Salah, the Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education; the Faculty Vice-deans; Mr. Refaat Nan, the University Assistant Secretary General for Administrative Affairs; and the Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports at Qalyoubia.
The meeting came on the sidelines of PhD discussion presented by Researcher/ Mohamed Fawzy from the Faculty of Physical Education, Benha University under the title of " A proposed strategy for developing sports activities programs for specialized faculties at the Ministry of Youth and Sports".

Qalyoubia Governor assigns the Faculty of Applied Arts to design the New Memorial

 

 

 

        Eng. Mohamed Abdel Zaher, the Governor of Qalyoubia has assigned Prof. Dr. Yasser Sohail, the Dean of the Faculty of Applied Arts, Benha University to design the new memorial which will be built in front of Benha Sports Club instead of the old memorial which will be demolished in the frame of developing the Capital of the Governorate.
