Under the auspices of prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the acting BU president and prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of educational and students affairs, the Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation workshop using the essential surgery skills for the faculty of medicine students has been ended. This two-day workshop is conducted in the presence of prof.Dr. Ashraf EL-Mashad, the supervisor of skills and medical simulation center in Benha University. The workshop dealt with mingling the Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, the essential surgery skills and the psychological aspect in a way that newly graduate physician can handle the patient. There were many foreign students who attend this workshop from Iraq, Syria, Palestine, and the Sudan in addition to many Egyptian students from Benha University and the other non-governmental and private universities.

Under the auspices of prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president, prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of educational and students affairs hosts prof.Dr. Nicolas Foresty, The dean of the faculty of medicine in Keele University of England on the sideline of his visit to non-governmental Benha University in EL-Obour to discuss the possible partnership between the faculty of medicine in Benha university and its peer in Keele University.    

The faculty of medicine in Benha University announces its need to fill in (15) job vacancies as an assistant lecturer in the Anesthesia department. The applications should be submitted in the name of the faculty of medicine's dean with 15 days of the announcement and it is ended in 7/8/2022. It is noteworthy that the employees should have their workplace consent and the application that will be sent either before or after the deadline shall not be paid any attention.

Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University confirmed during his visit to Faculty of Medicine that he supports the Faculty to get the accreditation and encouraged the Faculty to apply for The National Authority for Quality Assurance of Education and Accreditation to renew the accreditation. He also congratulated Dr.Mohamed Gamal El Ashab for appointing him as the Faculty of Medicine dean and hoped for him best wishes and great success.

Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, issued ministerial decrees to appoint Dr. Mohamed Gamal El Ashab as Faculty of Medicine dean. On the other hand, Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University congratulated Dr. Mohamed Gamal El Ashab for that new position and hoped for him great success. He also thanked Dr. Mustafa El Qady, the former dean for his great efforts during his deanship and hoped for him best wishes.

Prof.Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University has appointed Dr. Mustafa Soliman El Qady as the acting dean at faculty of Medicine.Dr. Nasser El Gizawy hopes for him best wishes and great success at his new position.

Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University has inspected during his tour today, the first semester exams at Faculty of Medicine. During his tour, El Gizawy was accompanied by Dr. Mustafa El Qady, the Faculty of Medicine dean.
Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy inspected the implemented precautionary measures to protect students and employees during exams process and commended Faculties' commitment of the following measures; checking students' temperature, keeping suitable spaces among students and wearing masks . He also assured that Benha University is keen on following exams process constantly and providing a safe environment and a suitable psychological atmosphere for students during exams, especially in light of the current circumstances and facing the Corona pandemic.

       Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University and Prof. Dr. Gamal Ismail, the Vice-president of the University for Community Service and Environment Development Affairs; the Sector of Community Service has organized Medical Convoys to three villages in Kafr Shokr with cooperation of the Faculty of Medicine.

In the frame of cooperation between Benha University and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), a workshop has been held under the title of “References and Citations” at the Council Hall of the Faculty of Medicine in the presence of 25 participants from the various faculties of the University.
