Dr.Nasser El Gizawy, the Acting President of Benha University inspected Faculty of Physical Education and other centers to follow up their performance.
Dr.Nasser El Gizawy was accompanied by Dr.Osama Salah, Faculty of Physical Education dean, Dr. Waleed Talat, Faculty of Physical Therapy dean, Dr. Hany Shehata, the manager of Leadership Development Center and the deputies at Faculty of Physical Education. During his visit, El Gizawy met with many trainers and he also motivated them that their researches should express real problems of the community and contribute in solving it.

Prof.Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the Acting President of Benha University congratulated Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research after granting him The Honorary Doctorate from East London University as appreciation for his scientific history, wishing for him continued progress and success in serving Egypt.

Prof.Dr.Nasser El Gizawy, Benha University Vice-president for Post Graduate Studies and Scientific Research said that the Technical Committee for examining the scientific production at Benha University under auspices of Prof.Dr.Gamal Sosa, Benha University President has announced results of International Publication and Citations Rewards, July 2022 .For his part, El Gizawy mentioned that Citations Rewards, July 2022 comes within the framework of improving the output of scientific research at the University and encouraging the faculty members to publish their research in international scientific journals .
He also added that the number of submitted scientific researches is 543 , that number is distributes on 11 faculties as following ; Commerce, Specific Education, Nursing, Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Agriculture, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, and Science. He added that the number of citations will be calculated based on the last 5 years, according to the declared calculations of faculty member on Google Scholar; referring that anyone who has a Google Scholar account for paper that does not belong to him and uploaded it on Google Scholar will be blocked from the rewards of the University's programs for researches support. Prof.Dr.Nasser El Gizawy also added that International Publication and Citations Rewards, January 2022 comes within the framework of improving the output of scientific research at the University and encouraging the faculty members staff to publish their research in international scientific journals. El Gizawy also mentioned that the total number of submitted Scientific papers are (504) and they were distributed among 10 Faculties: Commerce, Specific Education, Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Agriculture, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Science, Applied Arts, , Shubra Engineering and Benha Engineering with a rate of 33.7% of the total submitted research and an increase of 6% over the result of the July 2021 session, which indicates the quality of the University's scientific research outputs, in addition to (145) Q2 research, and (83) Q3 research, and ( 28) Q4 search. Prof.Dr.Nasser El Gizawy, Benha University Vice-president for Post Graduate Studies and Scientific Research inspected the central laboratory at Faculty of Science, that visit was according to instruction of Dr. Gamal Sosa, Benha University president to support scientific research system .It is worth mentioning that Dr. Nasser El Gizawy was accompanied by Dr. Lotfy Abu Salim , the Faculty of Science dean , Dr. Mohamed Haikal , the Faculty deputy and Dr. Eslam Sheha , the executive manager of the central laboratory. Where the laboratory was supported with the latest scientific devices represented in the electronic microscope device equipped with an EDX unit and FTIR equipped with an ATR unit that has granted to the laboratory through the initiative of the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology to advance basic sciences to raise capabilities of Faculty of Science laboratories at Egyptian Universities. It is worth mentioning that the laboratory provides its various services from training and examining samples to graduate students and researchers in universities and research centers in Egypt.

Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University handed certificates for all participants at "Leadership and Influence Program" which is approved by the Supreme Council of Universities and aims to qualify candidates for Faculties' Deanship.
El Gizawy said that the program is organized by Faculty and Leadership Development Center (FLDC). On the other hand, the meeting was in presence of Dr.Gamal El Saeed, the former President of Benha University, Dr.Hany Shehta, the manager of Faculty and Leadership Development Center (FLDC), Dr. Hany Shams El Din and Dr.Mustafa Rashid, the former dean of Commerce Faculty.

Prof.Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University has inspected the aptitude tests at faculties of Applied Arts and Physical Education in presence of Dr. Osama Salah, the Faculty of Physical Education dean and Dr.Abd El Moamen Shams El Din, the Faculty of Applied Arts dean and deputies of both faculties. El Gizawy inspected the necessary preparations for conducting the aptitude tests for its faculties 2021/2022 for students holding secondary school certificate, its equivalent (Arab and foreign), and the technical certificates.
. He added that there are four faculties at Benha University are holding aptitude tests as following ; Faculty of physical education, Faculty specific education (art and music education departments), and Faculty of Applied Arts and Faculty of Nursing . It is worth mentioning that the aptitude tests have been started in August 7 and lasts till 19 of August 2021 according to the time plan of the Supreme Council of Universities. During his tour, Prof.Dr. Nasser El Gizawy inspected all the preventive and precautionary measures that have been taken to ensure the safety of the students and staff. Dr.Nasser El Gizawy, the acting President of Benha University inspected the new buildings of the University at Kafr Saad , especially the Central labs .El Gizawy was accompanied by Dr.Amany Abd El Rahman , the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine dean , Dr. Lotfy Abu Salim , the Faculty of Science dean , Dr. Mohamed Saeed, Benha University engineering consultant and Dr. Mohamed Basyouny , the manager of Labs at Benha University.
. During his inspection tour for laboratories, El Gizawy said that Benha University is keen to develop and raise the efficiency of its infrastructure and provide it with the latest scientific equipment to serve the educational and research process. He also added that this strategy enables Benha University and its labs to host various research projects funded by donors, whether local, regional or international, which contributes to achieve the university's strategy by linking scientific research with industry and community problems.El Gizawy confirmed that Benha university aims in its future plans to invest in knowledge and turn it into wealth by adopting modern and innovative ideas and converting them into patents and establishing start-up companies to achieve these patents . He also added that the central laboratories of the University provide services to the public at affordable prices and high quality.

Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the acting president of Benha University, inaugurated "Leadership and Influence Program" which is approved by the Supreme Council of Universities and aims to qualify candidates for Faculties' Deanship. El Gizawy said that the program is organized by Faculty and Leadership Development Center (FLDC) and it lasts for three days; totally 18 training hours.
El Gizawy also mentioned that the program discusses the following aspects; Effective communication skills, dealing with others, leadership, Supervision and team management skills, Problem-solving and Decision-making skills, Legal and financial aspects of universities, Time and meeting management, Anti-corruption and Spreading values of integrity and transparency. On the other hand, Dr.Hany Shehta, the manager of Faculty and Leadership Development Center (FLDC) said that all session are delivered by a number of scientific and academic leaders at Benha University and he also said that the number of participants in the course so far has reached about 20 trainees.
