Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president announces that Benha University's genius team has won in qualifiers that pave the way to the participation in the TV show of "the genius/ Season 5" broadcasted on EL-Kahira Wil Nas channel. There are 30 teams who participated in this season's competition that lasted for three weeks. At the end of the competition, the best competitors have been chosen to participate in "the genius" competition at the Egyptians Universities scale. These students were Mohamed Khalid of the faculty of nursing, Ahmed Ali of the faculty of physical therapy, Ahmed Hossam of the faculty of engineering/Shubra, Maher Ali of the faculty of agriculture, Mayar Mustafa of the faculty of veterinary medicine, Amira Ragab of the faculty of medicine, MenaaAllah Abd EL-Allah of the faculty of medicine and Shorouk Maher of the faculty of law.

Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president pays a visit to inspect the educational process at Benha's non-governmental University in Obour while he was accompanied by prof.Dr Soliman Mustafa, the academic supervisor of the University. This visit is done in the presence of prof.Dr. Hossam Abd EL-Azim, the supervisor of the faculty of medicine's programs, prof.Dr. Mohamed Saaed, the supervisor of the faculty of engineering's programs, prof.Dr. Doaa Akel, the supervisor of faculty of economy and business administration's programs, prof.Dr. Ahmed Taha, the supervisor of the faculty of computer science's programs and prof.Dr. Awaad Allah soliman, the acting principal executive office of the non-governmental University.

In accordance with 6^th of October celebrations, the university hosts, under the auspices of prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president, rear staff admiral/ Khalid Zahran, the former chairman of the board in the Egyptian authority of maritime safety, the former chairman of the board in the general authority for red sea ports and the former counselor of the transportation minister, who delivers a speech about the role of the naval fleet between theory and application. He was hosted by prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the vice president of post-graduate studies and scientific research and prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of students and educational affairs in the presence of prof.Dr. Khalid Esawi, the general coordinator of the students' activities in the University.

The university board holds its meeting under the presidency of prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president and in the presence of prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the vice president of post-graduate studies and scientific research, prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of students and educational affairs, prof.Dr. Mahmoud Eraqi, the supervisor of the community service and environment development sector, Ms. Shereen Shawky, the board's secretary-general, the faculties' deans and the board's members. On behalf of the University's board, BU president sends a message of thanks and gratitude to the political leadership and the Egyptian state for the national huge projects that have built over the course of the previous years. He asserts that these projects are considered to be part of unforgettable history filled with great accomplishments in the different sectors and it contributes to offering high quality services to the citizens.

Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president honors Mr. Mahmoud Ibrahim, the general manager of the legal affairs department for reaching the retirement age in appreciation of his exerted efforts during his tenure. This was done in the presence of Ms. Shrien Shawky, the secretary-general of the University, the counselor/ Mahmoud Ali EL-Din, the chancellor of BU president, Mr. Refaat Nan, the assistant secretary-general of the administrative affairs, Mr. Ayman Boiumy, the assistant secretary-general of the financial affairs, Ms. Rania Motaaz, the assistant secretary- general of community service and environment development sector and several employees of the University.

During the inauguration of the Gym in Kufr Saad, the BU president stresses that the university hostels are still fertile realm to conduct the students’ activities and entertainment. Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president inaugurates the GYM in Kufr Saad with Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of students and educational affairs, Prof.Dr. Sayed Abd EL-wanes, the general supervisor of the university hostels, Prof.Dr. Ashraf Awaad, the supervisor of Benha University’s hostels and Prof.Dr. Awaad Allah Soliman, the general manager of the University hostels.  In the meantime, Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president goes on a tour in which he makes sure that the students are given high quality services inside the University hostels.

Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president inspects the educational process and the exams in the faculties of agriculture and veterinary medicine with Prof.Dr. Mahmoud EL-Zabalaowy, the dean of the faculty of agriculture and Prof.Dr. Amani Abbas, the dean of the veterinary medicine and the vice deans of both faculties. During his tour, the University president makes sure that everything is up and running, listens to the students’ suggestions and recommendations. This is done in accordance with the students’ dialogue in Benha University’s faculties.

In Benha University’s endeavor to link Benha University to sign partnership deals with the industry entrepreneurs and businessmen, Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president hosts Eng. Walid Khamis Asfour, the chairman of the board in the Company of Crystal Asfour to discuss the possible cooperation between both sides. This is done in the presence of Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed Fouda, the vice president of community service and environment development sector, Prof.Dr. Abdel Moneim shams EL-Kornfolly, the dean of the fine arts, Prof.Dr. Lofty Abu Salim, the dean of the faculty of science, Prof.Dr. Ayman EL-Shehaby, the dean of the faculty of engineering/ Benha, Prof.Dr. Ayman Samir, the head of innovation center in the University and Ms. Rania Motaaz, the assistant secretary-general of community service and environment development

In accordance with the University’s endeavor to support the scientific research and merge it with the industry and knowledge investment, , Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president keeps an eye on the technical committee work regarding the ideas and suggestions assessment of the E-incubators in the University biological technology and the University’s incubator of the medical and laboratory sets (Meditech).

The committee includes Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the vice president of post-graduate studies and scientific research (the head) and the membership of Prof.Dr. Omar Farouk, the head of the scientific research and technology Academy, Prof.Dr. Majed Ghoneima, the head of the companies and marketing sector in the creators and the genius fund, Prof.Dr. Amr EL-Awamori, the executive manager of Benha University ‘s biological technology, Prof.Dr. Nader Abdel Wahab, the executive manager of MedTech incubator, Eng., Tamer Fathy, a business advisor and Eng., Mohamed Hossam Khedir, a business advisor.

Resuming the students dialogue the Benha University launched in its faculties inspects the educational process and the exams in the non-governmental University at EL-Obour and Prof.Dr. Hazem Eliwa, the academic manager of the Benha Un Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU Branch in EL-Obour. During his tour, he makes sure that the exams are up and running, has a friendly talk with the students in the lectures halls and rooms to listen to their suggestions and make sure that everything is up and running.
