Benha University participates at the 6^th Cairo international Exhibition for Innovation under auspices of Prof.Dr.Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President. The Exhibition is organized by Scientific Research and Technology Academy for the 6^th year. Dr\ Khalid Abd El Ghaffar, minister of High Education and Scientific Research opened the Exhibition in presence of Dr\ Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President, Dr\ Ragab Mejahed , Faculty of Engineering dean and Dr\ Alaa Abd El Halim ,  the Governor of El Qalyubia.                                  

      Benha University got several medals at the 1st competition of the African Universities Youth Week which was held in the period from 19 to 25 of October 2019. The week was held by participation of 22 African countries and 24 Egyptian Universities. Benha University participated at the week under auspices of Dr\ Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President and Prof.Dr Hussein El Maghraby, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' affairs. Dr\ Musbah El Kehily , the General Manger of Youth Care department said that Benha university students achieved a great success and medals at the following activities ;the student \ Amna Abd El Aziz from faculty of Commerce got the 1st place and the golden medal at singing and the student \ Abd El Kahliq Sharawy from faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence got the 3rd place and the bronze medal at recycling plastic project.

      Dr\ Gamal El Saeed , Benha University President and Prof.Dr Hussein El Maghraby, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' affairs witnessed a  ceremony on the occasion of October victory No 46 in presence of Dr \ Khalid Essawy , the General coordinator of students activities , deans and students . El Saeed assured in his word that our army refused the defeat in 1967 and all Egyptian people refused that defeat and insisted on war to free our land and take back our honor and to learn the following generations sacrifice, persistence, patience and there is no impossible .At the end of the ceremony El Saeed honored heroes of the war such as; Ahmed Edris, Henedy Mohdy, Ali Abd El Ghany, Adel Morgan and Mohammed Nour El Din.

          Benha University has organized a student visit to the new administrative capital under auspices of Dr\ Gamal El Saeed , Benha University President , Prof.Dr Hussein El Maghraby, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs and Dr \ Khalid Esawy , the General Coordinator of students activities . On the other hand, Dr\ Mosbah El Kehily , the manager of Youth care department said that a delegation of 50 student participated at that visit and they visited the Famous mosque Al Fattah El Aleem , the famous cathedral and the f embassies and  ministries districts  in addition to inspecting housing projects .

           Dr\ Amr Tallat , minister of Telecommunication and Information technology witnessed activities of the organized workshop by the National Telecommunication Institute (NTI) at the smart village. The workshop was held in presence of Dr\ Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President and Dr\ Hala Helmy Zayed , Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence dean . The workshop was under the title of "The 5th Generation opportunities and Challenges" and it discussed the way to apply the digital services in Egypt according to the governmental plan to improve the submitted services to citizens. NTI Institute plays important role in submitting the required training to 5000 trainers at the end of 2021 and raising citizens' awareness about using digital services and its importance nowadays.

Dr \ Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President and Prof.Dr\ Hussein El Maghraby, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs received the new students at El Obour Branch . The University president congratulated the new students on the occasion of the new academic year and hoped for them best wishes and he assured on the must to use and benefit from the students efforts and various activities and motivated students to do their best to serve their community and country. The Meeting was held in presence of Dr\ Karim El Dalsh , the Academic Manager of El Obour branch.                 

   Dr\Gamal El Saeed , Benha University President sent a message to President \Abd El Fattah El Sisy , Egypt's President to congratulate him on the occasion of 10^th of October's Victory No.46 and hoped for him best wishes and great success and for all the Egyptian people with peace and prosperity .                                                       

       Dr \ Gamal El Saeed , Benha University President issued a new decree to appoint Dr\ Mahammed Mokhattar Mahammed as the deputy of Education and Students Affairs at Faculty of Science  , Dr\ Mona Mahmoud Zaza was appointed as the deputy of Community Service and Environment Affairs at Faculty of Education , Dr\ Ahmed El Maghawry was appointed as the deputy of Education and Students Affairs at Faculty of Physical Education, Khalid Saeed Ibrahim was appointed as the deputy of Community services and Environment Affairs at Faculty of Physical Education and Dr\ Mustafa El Gahrib was appointed as the acting deputy of Post Graduate Studies at faculty of Arts  .El Saeed hopes for them best wishes and great success at their new positions.

        A workshop about how to use the Egyptian Knowledge Bank will be held in the period from 27-28\10\2019 at Faculty of Commerce, the Conferences hall at 10:00am.The workshop will be held under auspices of Dr\ Gamal El Saeed , Benha University President in the frame of cooperation between Benha University and the Digital Library Unit at the Supreme Council of Universities .The workshop aims to raise the level of benefits from the available information at the  Egyptian Knowledge Bank.

             Prof.Dr\ Khalid Abd El Ghaffar , minister of High Education and Scientific Research issued a new decree to appoint four general managers at Benha University as following ; Mahammed Sayed Mahammed as the secretary of Faculty of Law for one year , Soliman Ahmed Soliman as the General manager for Planning at the University for one year , Soliman Abdu Abd El Naby as the General manager for Education Affairs at the University and Ayman Bayoumy Mahammad as the general manager of purchases and stores for one year.
