Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president honors the crises and disasters control unit in Benha hospital heaping praise on what they have done to promote the safety and professional healthcare system in the University hospitals. This takes place in the presence of Prof.Dr. Amr EL-Dakakney, the executive manager of the university hospitals and Eng. Ann Nagy, the head of the crises and disasters control unit in the University hospitals. BU president states that this unit is established in accordance with the training conducted to overcome the crises and disasters. He stresses that the safety and professional healthcare system isn’t confined to the preservation of the buildings, but it seeks to keep the people safe and sound.

Colonel/ Abd EL-Hamid EL-Hagan, Qulubia governor and Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president preside, on Saturday evening, over a delegation in order to attend the fellow Christians’ celebrations of the Easter at Virgin Mary Church in Benha. This takes place in the presence of Prof.Dr. Eman Rayan, Prof.Dr. Samir Hamad, the governor’s deputies, Colonel, Hisham Khashaba, the governor’s secretary-general, Brigadier general, Tarik Abd EL-Moaty, the military chancellor of the governorate, Prof.Dr. Khalid EL-Tayib, the deputy minister of health ministry in Qulubia, sheikh, Mamdouh Abdel Gawad, the head of the central administration in Qulubia, Mr. Mohamed Mara3i, the head of Benha city council and several security and executive leaders in the governorate. The governor and accompanied delegation were hosted by bishop/ Machismos of Benha and Qwisna and several fathers, priests and bishops and they express their joy for having the governor and BU president to celebrate the Easter with their fellow Christians.

Under the auspices of prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president, prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of educational and students’ affairs the 1st students’ conference in the faculty of specific education entitled “the specific education as way of the creative persona and the entrepreneurship in the light of sustainable development”. This is done in the presence of prof.Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim, the faculty’s dean and the head of the conference, prof.Dr. Magdy EL-Shahat, the dean of the faculty of education, prof.Dr. Hanan Hosni, the parliament member in the education committee in the Egyptian parliament and the former dean of the faculty of specific education in EL-Minofyia University, the former faculties’ deans, prof.Dr. Ghada Shaker Abdel Fattah, the vice dean of the educational and students affairs, the vice deans of the faculty of specific education, Mr. Mustafa Abdel Hamid Farag, the member of the supreme council of the international youth organization and the legal representative of EL-Shoban Schools, the official sponsor of the conference, several faculty’s members and the students.

BU organized in cooperation with the public defense authority a visit of BU students to Cairo Book fair under the auspices of prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president and the supervision of prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of educational and students affairs and the youth care department.

During the visit, the students go to the pavilions of the ministries of defense, interior and the administrative control authority and they express their appreciation and love to the pavilions’ contents and the officials, in each pavilion, explains in details and the students go on a free tour to explore the pavilion as much as they want

BU incubator for biological technology announces that there will be a new training course funded by scientific research section in the University in order to support the promising ideas that can establish start-ups in the field of biological technology. This comes in accordance with its deep belief that there should be a good atmosphere that can boost the innovative people to succeed and create. It’s noteworthy that this is done under the auspices of prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president and prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizawy, the vice president of scientific research and post-graduate studies. BU leaders-selection committee interviews the candidates of the leading position in the University which are the following; the head of youth care department, the head of public relations and media department and the renewal of the general manager of the scientific and cultural relations department. The committee is presided over by prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president and the membership of prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizawy, the vice president of post-graduate studies, prof.Dr. Soheir Sharaway, the former vice president of the University and Emeritus professor in the faculty of commerce and prof.Dr. Ashraf Shams EL-Din, the vice dean of the faculty of law. The committee includes prof.Dr. Amr Mustafa, the dean of the faculty of agriculture, prof.Dr. Haitham Hamza, the professor of computer and informatics and prof. Dr. Hani Mahmoud, the professor of veterinary medicine.

Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president attends the ceremony of launching the higher education program of professional guidance in cooperation with the international labor organization. This program is funded by the United Kingdom and it has been signed prof.Dr. Ayman Ashour, the minister of higher education and scientific research. This ceremony is conducted in the presence of prof.Dr. Reda Hegazy, the minister of education, prof.Dr. El-Sayed Shehata, the minister of labor and ambassador/ Gareth Baily, the ambassador of UK in Cairo, Mr. Erik Oshislin, the head of the international labor organization, several Universities presidents, businessmen and the representatives of the concerned authorities.
