Benha University stands in support of Palestinians and the Egyptian state in the presence of prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, BU president, prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of educational and students affairs, prof.Dr. Sami Ghonemiy, the dean of the faculty of commerce, prof.Dr. Amgad Hegazy, the acting dean of the faculty of arts, prof.Dr. Khalid Esawi, the general supervisor of students’ activities, the faculties’ members and hundreds of University’s students. This protest mourns the death of Palestinians martyrs; perform the national anthem of Egypt and Palestine, and condemn the Israeli atrocities by bombing hospitals and targeting unarmed civilians.

Prof.Dr. Nasser el-Gizaway, the acting University president announces that Benha University team has been qualified to participate in the Arab and African competition of programming in Sharm-Sheikh. It’s noteworthy that this completion is held under the auspices of Prime Minister from 17-11-2023 to 21-11-2023. El-Gizaway says that the team’s members are computer and artificial intelligence students; Mr. Mohammed Wareth Ibrahim, Mr. Mohammed Wahid Saeed and Mr. John Nageh Zakari.   

 Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of students and educational affairs, attend the ceremony of the final day of the talented center scholarships and initiatives 2022/2023. This is held under the auspices of prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the University president. This ceremony is held in the presence of prof.Dr. Mona Nasser, the head of the talented center, prof.Dr. Magdoline Hasanine, the head of the art talents unit in the center, prof.Dr. Ahmed EL-Sayed Hikal, the head of acting talents in the center, prof.Dr. Aya Helmy, the head of music talents in the center, prof.Dr. Ashraf El-Mashad, the head of the medical simulation in the University.

Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizawy, the university president issues new decrees to appoint new department heads and vice deans in Benha University.  The decrees include the following: appointing prof.Dr. Essam Hosni Mohamed Abdel Halim, the professor in the faculty of law as the faculty’s vice dean for post-graduate studies and scientific research, prof.Dr. Noha Soliman Abdel Hafiz, the assistant professor in the faculty of physical therapy as the faculty’s vice dean of environment development and community service, prof.Dr. Omima Mahmoud Mohamed Hasan, the professor in the faculty of medicine as the as the head of community medicine department, prof.Dr. Fatma Mohamed Abdel Wahab, the professor in the faculty of medicine as the head of teaching methodologies department, prof.Dr. Hamdy Mohamed Ali Mahmoud, the professor in the faculty of physical education as the head of the field competitions theories and applications department, prof.Dr. Al-Ansari Hasan Mohamed, the professor in the faculty of law as the acting head of the code of procedures department, prof.Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Mohamed EL-Bogdaday, the professor in the faculty of law as the acting head of law philosophy and history department and prof.Dr. Mahmoud Abdel Ghany Farid, the assistant professor in the criminal law department as the acting department head.

The E-learning center announces that there will be, under the auspices of prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the University president, a training course for the faculties’ members on how to use Thinqi application. Dr.Nasser El Gizawy, BU president congratulates prof.Dr. Ayman Ashour, the minister of higher education and scientific research and prof.Dr. Reda Hegazy, the minister of education and technical education on the new academic year 2023-2024. Benha University holds The 2nd Annual Conference of Postgraduate Studies for Humanities Science in the period from 18-19102023. The Conference is going to be held under auspices of Prof.Dr.Nasser El Gizawy, The acting president of BU, Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of educational and students affairs, Dr.Khalid Esawy, The University Public Activities Coordinator and MR. Ibrahim Abd Allah, the General Director of Youth Welfare. The Conference aims to build the capabilities of postgraduate students in the field of humanities Science, Presenting and solving the various issues related to the humanities and social sciences and Building a collaborative bridge between different students within the framework of open information exchange. Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the acting president of the university, prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of the students and educational affairs honors the female student/ Radwa Ayman, the MMA player of the faculty of physical education at the sport talents unit in the talented care center. She was honored for obtaining the first place and the golden medal in Egypt’s Jujitsu competition of weight 75 KG. This is done in the presence of prof.Dr. Mona Nasr, the head of the talented care center and the other units’ heads.
