Dr.Nasser El Gizawy, Benha University President and Dr. Ayman Al-Shahabi, the Governor of Damietta Governorate witnessed graduating a new patch of students at faculty of Engineering in presence of Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs, Former Vice presidents of Benha University, Dr.Gamal Abd El Aziz, the acting dean of the Faculty , Faculty members staff , the graduates and their families.
For his part, Dr. Nasser El-Gizawy congratulated the graduates and their parents, thanking them for their efforts towards their children in order to reach this day.El Gizawy also added that the University is keen to develop the educational system by providing students with the skills and knowledge that qualify them for the labor market through partnerships with major international universities.El Gizawy added that Benha University especially Faculty of Engineering in Shubra, contributed to raising the University's ranking to become one of the best 500 universities in the world in the engineering sector. On the other hand, the Governor of Damietta gave a speech in which he stressed his happiness with his presence at the graduation day offered all greetings and thanks to the faculty members' staff and parents for their efforts and their keenness on their children's excellence and graduation. It's worth mentioning that Benha University President has honored heads of departments and top students and gave them shield of excellence.

The Board of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education “NAQAAE” has approved to grant the accreditation to the faculty of engineering in Shubra, Benha University in light of the results of the audit visit to the faculty.
Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University said the University witnessed a significant shift in quality assurance and accreditation in light of the accreditation of the faculties of nursing, medicine, veterinary medicine, agriculture and engineering.
