A doctoral thesis of the Physician\ Walaa Kamel Abd El Monaem has been discussed on Wednesday, 9\6\2016 at the discussion hall. The discussion committee includes; Prof. Dr. Abou Bakr Mustafa Ali Edris, Prof. Dr. Hemat Mustafa Ibrahim and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Mohamed Hassan.

Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University has honored the Quality Team of the Faculty of Agriculture in Moshtohor under the presidency of Dr. Mahmoud Iraqy on the occasion of getting the accreditation from NAQAAE in the presence of the University Vice-presidents, Deans, faculty members, and students.

The Department of the Scientific and Cultural Relations, Sector of Postgraduate Studies and Researches, Benha University has announced the names of the honorees of the University 2nd Scientific Excellence Day, June 2016 which will be held on Sunday, 05/06/2016 under the auspices of the University President

The British Company “Quacquarelli Symonds” (QS) has announced its ranking of 2016 on Tuesday, 14/06/2016 and even though the strong competition this year between more than 300Arab Universities (public and private), Benha University has kept its rank between top 100 of the best Arab Universities according to QS ranking for the Arab region 2016.

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University; the University receives a delegation from Japan International Cooperation Agency “JICA” on Monday, 20/06/2016 to discuss the technical cooperation ways in all fields between the two sides. It is worth mentioning that JICA aims to transfer the technology and knowledge around the world.

Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University has opened the Annual Scientific Conference of the Faculty of Agriculture in Moshtohor under the title of” Agriculture in Egypt and modern challenges” on Monday, 09/05/2016.
In this respect, the speakers of the Conference have handled the plans of agricultural development in Egypt in the light of the national project to reclaim one and half million feddans. 

   In cooperation with the British Cultural Council, the Scientific Researches Fund in Benha University organized a workshop on “How to apply for Projects financed by Newton/Moshraffa Fund” under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the University President and Prof. Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches' Affairs.
